This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Appophobia ("We", "Us", or "Our") regarding your use of our software application ("Software" or "App"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Appophobia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Software solely for personal or internal use on your device. The license is granted for a single user, and you may not distribute, sell, or lease the Software to others.

Appophobia may provide updates or new versions of the Software, but there is no obligation to do so. Any updates or new versions will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless stated otherwise in a new agreement.
This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
Appophobia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. The total liability of Appophobia for any claims related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software, if any.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Appophobia harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.
By using the Software, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appophobia operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.
Appophobia reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the Software, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
